Here at Shakti Healing Circle we take a holistic approach to your wellbeing. Our primary purpose is to help you achieve optimal wellness, as well as emotional and spiritual growth.
According to ancient Sanskrit texts, Shakti is revered as the Power. This Power exists in all of us as the base energy for transforming ourselves; learning to work with it sets us firmly on the path to self-awareness and self-realisation.

I will soon be holding a series of short workshops over the year on different topics connected to energies, auras and chakras.
Stephen leads our regular free group healing and guided meditation every Friday evening at Shakti.
Davena Mok, one of our resident Reiki Masters, is back with her Wellness Wednesdays at 9 am for anyone needing to reset their energy with a guided meditation, tips on managing stress and then a group Reiki healing.
Rowena Hunt, our resident Breathwork Therapist, holds her breathwork class every Tuesday morning at 9 am to help you move, breathe and heal.
Vanessa Hui, our resident Crystal Bowls Therapist, holds her crystal bowls on the Saturday nearest to the Full Moon every month. Vanessa also offers individual sound healing sessions.
Mark Nelson leads his regular Shamanic workshop once a month.
