Water, that is.

Is that possible? Yup, definitely. Water is one of the most essential things for life. But did you know that drinking too much, which is  known as hyponatremia, is as dangerous to the body as is dehydration?  Every ‘body’ is different and your water requirement is different. Did you know that when the electrolytes in your body drop, you could get muscle cramps, headaches etc? if you find that you have swelling in your body or frequent urination, you may be drinking too much water.
 
Another important thing I often see is that people tend to gulp down lots of water in one go. Please drink your water while sitting down only and also drink it slowly. This helps to keep your kidneys and intestines healthy. Keep well hydrated especially if you are working out in this heat, but remember not to over do it. Try to replace a glass of water daily with coconut water.
