Today, Friday 2 March is celebrated in many cultures for different reasons. In India it’s celebrated as the festival of colours, Holi, the victory of faith and devotion over darkness. A powerful day to begin the year with accepting life with all its colours. Translate that in your life and begin accepting others and yourself, emotions and differences as different colours. Remember: it takes many colours to make a rainbow.

On 12 March, we welcome Stefanie Holzer back for 2 weeks of her Deep Tissue Massage and Lymphatic Drainage sessions. Places are going fast so we suggest that you book your session soon.

Mark Nelson leads a Shamanic Fundamentals workshop on Shamanic Healing and then a workshop Weather Shamanism.

Our Group Healing and Guided Meditation on Thursday evenings remains popular.
