Hello

With immeasurable gratitude to all of our practitioners, clients and friends who have made this possible, in two weeks we celebrate the beginning of our 15th year at Shakti.
 
It’s been an amazing journey so far and we look forward to many more years of service. Like with any venture, hard work and long hours are inevitable. And keeping an open mind and heart is also necessary.  Humility alongside pride in what you do are essential but foremost is having a dream and a desire to help others in making their journey come alive.
 
One of my favorite quotes through the years has been William Wallace’s “Every man dies, but not every man truly lives.”
 
And our second happy news is that we have just moved! To a beautiful bright place still in Central but with a balcony even! The past month or so have been a crazy time for Stephen and me working to put together our new centre. 
 
We are now at 1206 Yu Yuet Lai Building, 43-55 Wyndham Street, Central and we look forward to welcoming you there from tomorrow when we reopen.

Something that’s been very popular recently is Stephen offering individual meditation training so that you can learn how to meditate effectively and how to set up a regular daily practice. Regular practice leads to greater awareness at work and at play as well as in your interaction with others.

Mark Nelson leads another Shamanic workshop on Planetary Shamanism next week as well as an Introduction to Shamanism class later in the month.

We will be holding a number of Reiki level 1, 2 and 3 classes as well as our regular Reiki practice evenings at both intermediate and advanced levels.
